Fraydar is operated by Steffen Valle Øvrebø, Norwegian sole proprietor (enkeltpersonforetak). Incorporation as Fraydar AS is planned for Q3 2026. Fraydar provides signal intelligence briefings to corporate risk teams. Commercial engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, not by these website terms.
You may use fraydar.com to learn about Fraydar's services, view sample briefings and signal catalogs, and submit a request for access. You may not scrape, redistribute, or republish Fraydar content without permission.
Sample materials on fraydar.com are for evaluation only. They are not intelligence deliverables to any specific buyer and should not be relied on for operational decisions.
Fraydar provides the site on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or continuously available. Commercial briefings carry their own accuracy and correction terms as defined in the relevant services agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraydar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Commercial-engagement liability is capped per the relevant services agreement.
Fraydar retains all rights in site content, methodology, and editorial frameworks. Use of Fraydar materials beyond personal evaluation requires written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway. Any disputes are resolved by arbitration at the Oslo Chamber of Commerce Institute of Arbitration, seated in Oslo, in English.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
